Hi everyone! Today I have a polish from WingDust Collections to share with you.
State of Dreaming is a pretty medium blue/purple base with matte glitters in light blue and pink, small dark blue (or purple?) metallic glitter and lots of holo shimmer. It’s really gorgeous! Formula was excellent. The glitter came out on the brush very well and just needed to be brushed on. There was no dabbing or fishing required. The holo shimmer is an excellent touch! I used 2 coats plus topcoat for the photos.
