Hey everyone! There’s a $2 polish now available at Dollar General that may just make you very happy if you missed out on the (now) hard to find China Glaze Party Hearty! Stay tuned to the bottom to see if they really are dupes or not.
Broadway Nails Where’s Nemo, 3 coats plus topcoat.I started with Broadway Nails Where’s Nemo. This is a lime green with silver shimmer. I added thinner to my bottle (maybe a little bit too much) so I ended up needing 3 coats to even it out and make it opaque. It’s on the sheer side, but formula was pretty good.

Then I added a coat of Broadway Nails Up And Down on my index and pinky fingers and a coat of China Glaze Party Hearty on my middle and ring fingers. These really do look identical both in the bottle and on the nail, but they do not apply identically. They are both clear bases with the exact same red and green glitter.
Broadway Nails Up And Down has a lot of base that comes out on the brush. You really need to maneuver and dab the glitter around on the nail to get it where you want it. Whereas China Glaze Party Hearty really just brushes on with very little moving and dabbing required.

So I’d say these are exact dupes. If you missed out on Party Hearty and you don’t mind dabbing the glitter on a bit, run to Dollar General to get your Up And Down today before they are gone!
