Hi everyone! Today I have another gorgeous nail polish from Femme Fatale to share with you.
Jewels From the Deep is from the 2015 Midsummer Night Collection. I see this as a light teal/green base with a mix of green, iridescent and holo glitter and some green flakes. It’s always hard to see everything going on in some of these nail polishes! I’ve seen this nail polish described as a “bold teal-blue base” but I really see more green with mine. It’s very mermaid-y looking! Really beautiful!
I was worried this would not build up very well, but it looked really good to my eye at two coats. Of course the camera catches all flaws and I saw bald spots in my first photos, so I put on a third coat. If I wasn’t going to be blogging about this, two coats would have been fine. It had a really good formula but I did add a couple drops of nail polish thinner before I started. It dries pretty smooth so just one coat of topcoat was needed.
