Hi everyone! Today I have another aptly named nail polish to share with you for Valentine’s Day.
Quo by Orly Smooch is a bright red jelly with red and silver sparkles. The silver sparkles do not show up on the nail, the red jelly base makes them all appear to be red. Quo by Orly is a Canadian brand I believe to be exclusive at Shoppers Drug Mart. They are pricey at $10.99 each, so I only buy them on clearance. They always seem to have an Orly twin with a different name. I think this one may be the same as Orly Star Spangled. I don’t have that to compare, but online it looks about the same.
This nail polish has an excellent formula! The jelly base does take a few coats to build up to hide the nail line. I ended up doing 3 coats plus topcoat for this manicure.
