Hi everyone! I have another one of the Spring 2016 Zoya’s to show you today. If you’ve missed the previous swatches, click on the names and it’ll take you to the post. Azalea & Leia, Tulip & Leia, Laurel & Leia. Today’s manicure features Zahara & Leia.
Again, I added 1 coat of Zoya Leia as an accent on my middle finger. Leia takes the shimmer factor up to 1000! It is such a fantastic addition to this whole collection!
Zoya calls Zahara a “brilliant shimmering coral”. I see it as a very pretty orange sherbet color with pink and white shimmer. This formulation is very much like Zoya Azalea, where the formula is excellent and the shimmer shows all the time. It started out very sheer and I was afraid maybe it was meant to be a topper, but it did build up. You will need 2-3 coats and you will still have a little visible nail line even at 3 coats, which is what I did for the photos. I think this would be very pretty layered over Zoya Tulip if you don’t like your nail line to show.
Zoya Zahara, 3 coats plus topcoat with Zoya Leia, 1 coat plus topcoat on my middle finger.
In the lightbox…
Natural light, overcast day…
Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
The polish in this post is from my own collection and was purchased by me.
