Hi everyone! I cheated for today’s manicure again. My NCLA Holo mani from a couple days ago was still in perfect condition, so I just painted right over top of it with this beauty from Nicole by OPI.
For Gold Times Sake. Where do I begin? I don’t even know how to describe this one. This is a murky green/bronzy/golden base loaded with gold, teal and pink/purple/or red micro glitter. In some of my photos it almost looks like a multi chrome flakie, but I think they are just flecks but look very small to my eye. The finished product almost has a metallic feel to it. It is so shiny and sparkly!
Layering this over the NCLA Holo darkens the color. You can build this up and wear it on it’s own and I will show you my thumb down below which is 3 coats without any undies. It is on the sheer side, so you will need 3 coats or so if you don’t layer it. It is gorgeous both ways, layered or on it’s own. I really, really love this one and don’t know why it’s taken me so long to wear it!!!
Bad news is this was an exclusive nail polish to Target way back in the Fall of 2012. If you ever see it pop up on Ebay, Storenvy or a blog sale, you should try and grab it! I used 2 coats plus topcoat over my previous manicure.
