Hi everyone! Today’s manicure features two polishes that you may look at together and think I’ve lost my mind. Trust me, I haven’t completely lost it!
First up, I started with Sally Hansen Bow to the Queen from the Complete Salon Manicure line. This is a Canadian exclusive color I believe. It is a dark cement gray with a touch of blue. This formula was excellent! What you see in the pictures is just one coat! Really, really nice color!
Then I added one coat of Sinful Shine Prosecco. A lot of people seem to have trouble wearing this color. They say it doesn’t go with their skin coloring. One way to get around that problem is to layer it. I chose gray to layer over, but taupe would also work well. I started with one coat and took some photos to show you, but I did a second coat and that’s how I wore it as my manicure today. I also did three coats all on it’s own on my thumb and you will see those photos later in this post. I really like the color both ways, either all on it’s own or layered. Formula was excellent.
