Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is a super sparkly combo from L.A. Colors.
L.A. Colors Atomic is a darker jade green crelly formula. This has an excellent formula! 2 coats is pretty good, may show a little visible nail line. I used 3 coats plus topcoat for my photos. I had a hard time getting the color right in my photos. I think the indirect natural light picture is the most true to color. The lightbox and sun photos are all a little too light and the flash picture is just a bit too dark.
I then added 2 coats of L.A. Colors Treasure Island. This is a clear base with tons of sparkly green micro glitter. I think this would build up to be opaque at 2-3 coats on it’s own, but I already had on Atomic, so I just layered it over that. They look made for each other! Another excellent formula. This did not dry overly bumpy, but I did use 2 coats of topcoat to make it extra smooth. I could not capture the true sparkle of this polish in photos, so I added a quick 7 second video at the end. There is no sound or anything to worry about.
I really love both of these nail polishes both on their own and together!
