Milani Neon – 506 Rad Purple

Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is a juicy neon jelly from Milani. I bought this polish in 2014 at a Dollar Tree store. Great buy for just $1!

Milani Rad Purple is more of a magenta color to me rather than purple. The bottle has an opaque wrap on it so you cannot see the polish inside. I thought maybe this nail polish had changed colors as some purple neon’s are prone to do, but looking online, this may just be what it’s always looked like. Formula was excellent! I had no streaks or balding. It built up beautifully. Each coat deepened the color. I stopped at 3 coats because it looked great to my eye. I messed up one of my nails overnight so added a 4th coat to my ring finger and in pictures 4 coats looks perfect. This polish does not dry down to a real matte finish like most neons do, more of a rubber finish. I added a coat of glossy topcoat to shine it up. I really like this one a lot!

Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The polish in this post is from my own collection and was purchased by me.
