Updated Mani: Cult Nails – Toxic Seaweed

Hi everyone! I cheated for today’s manicure and just put 2 coats of Cult Nails Toxic Seaweed over my manicure from yesterday, Cult Nails Thrive.

Updated Mani: Cult Nails – Toxic Seaweed

Toxic Seaweed is one of those hard to find, discontinued polishes that I wish everyone could own. It’s a tealish jelly base loaded with sparkly green micro glitter and red to green to gold shifting flakies. I could not capture the gorgeousness of this polish today. My bright green base color of Cult Nails Thrive gives this a lighter look than some of the photos from other bloggers you can see by Googling this polish. Next time I wear it I will try it over a darker base color to bring out some of the “Toxic-ness” of the nail polish.

Formula was excellent. I used 2 coats plus topcoat for my photos today.

Cult Nails Toxic Seaweed, 2 coats over 2 coats of Cult Nails Thrive plus 1 coat of topcoat.

Outside in the shade…

Inside with flash (darkened the color just a little)…

Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The polish in this post is from my own collection and was purchased by me.
