China Glaze – Heroine Chic // Fall 2016 Rebel Collection

Hi everyone! Well, my bad break has finally started to grow out enough that I can at least remove nail polish without screaming in pain, so I’m finally back with another polish from the new Rebel Collection.

Heroine Chic is described by China Glaze as, “Sultry chocolate creme with flecks of red shimmer”. I’d say it’s more of a brown metallic base with what I thought was just red sparkles. Until I got out in the sun and all these different colors came out (mostly through the camera, not necessarily to my eyes in real life). Look at the sun photos below and you will see what I’m talking about. To my eyes it always looks more like the shade pictures with just the red shimmer primarily showing.

Formula was great! I used 2 coats plus topcoat for my manicure today. I really love this one!
