Hi everyone! Here’s my first real post on my new platform. Today’s manicure is a pretty combo from Morgan Taylor.
Party at the Palace is a dusty mint green with golden shimmer. This has a very good formula, it can be just a little patchy on the first coat. Subsequent coats covers that up easily though. I really like the brush on these Morgan Taylor nail polishes too. They are a good fit to my nails. I used 3 coats plus topcoat for this manicure.
I added an accent finger using Jest-er Kidding, also by Morgan Taylor. I can’t tell if this has a clear base or a very slight tinted base, but it’s loaded with gold shimmer and micro glitter and some bigger green, blue and yellow glitter and very large red glitter. I used 3 coats, no undies, and it built up beautifully. I did use 2 coats of topcoat to really smooth out those larger glitter pieces. The colored glitter comes out and distributes pretty well. I did nab a couple red glitter from the bottle neck and placed them on my last coat so they would show up really well. This will be a beautiful polish to wear for the holidays next month. It is very blingy and festive! I really love both of these polishes today!!
