Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another nail polish from my new collaboration box between the Crazy 4 Crellies and the Polish ReVamped Facebook groups. The March 2017 CrellyCrate ReVamped Collaboration box was titled Smoke and Mirrors. Yesterday I wore a polish from Painted Polish.
Today’s polish comes from another “new to me” brand, Cameo Colors. This polish I am wearing is no longer available, but you can check out other beauties from Cameo Colors HERE. I am a member of both Facebook groups, but am not affiliated with either group or Cameo Colors.
Stop Chasing Me! is described as, “an olive green jelly with a slight blue shimmer that’s full of dense scattered holographic sparkle, blue, bronze, and silver holographic micro flakes, and gold flakes”. The main things that stand out to me is, of course, the olive green base, the gold flakies, a bright blue sparkle and the gold holographic sparkle. This is a holographic polish that, in my opinion, looks really nice indoors and not just outside in the sun. Inside you get the flakies and outside you get the holo sparkle; best of both worlds if you ask me. Formula and brush are just perfect for me. That may mean they are on the thicker and wider side, respectively. I used three coats today and that seems to have deepened the color from olive into a bit of forest green. I still do see olive but in some lights it leans a bit darker. I think two coats would have been plenty and that would have left it more olive green too. I love it!
