Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another from the new Essence Out Of Space Stories Collection. You can see my first post featuring a couple from this collection HERE. I hope to get one or two more posts up today with more swatches from this collection.
Outta Space Is The Place (01) is a pretty soft pink with a strong green shimmer. I added a few drops of nail polish thinner because my first coat was a bit gloopy. After thinning I added a second coat and it was much easier to manage. I had to re-do my index finger after walking Chico with the thinned polish and it took three thin coats to match the one thick and one thin on my other fingers. I would rather do more thin coats than have the formula be gloopy and never drying, so I’m ok with the three coats.
Other than that, formula was great after thinning. You can see a lot of brush strokes as you are painting, but they dry down and disappear to my eye. This is a really soft, smooth, ethereal polish and I really love it!
Essence Outta Space Is The Place, 3 thin coats on index, 1 thick and 1 thin coat on other fingers.
