Hi everyone! Here’s another gorgeous duo chrome from Blackheart Beauty. Another questionable name, but that’s ok. I do wonder what the AB means though?? I have just one more polish from this brand to share with you after this one.
You can find these polishes at Hot Topic stores and online. I am not affiliated with Blackheart Beauty or Hot Topic.

Green AB Iridescent is another green to purple duo chrome but it feels much different than yesterday’s polish. Today’s is a bright emerald, almost foil-y looking green. The shift is easy to see. It’s on the sheer side, but builds up nicely with three coats. Excuse the slice in the polish on my ring finger. I think I got carried away while chopping vegetables! I really, really like this one a lot. Great formula. I used three coats plus topcoat.

Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Wow that’s a nice color shift for such an inexpensive polish. It looks like an indie duochrome. Very nice!

Yes it does! I’ve been so impressed with these! Have you picked any up?

I’m going to try to find a Hot Topic near me so I can find the nice ones you got. I didn’t like the ones I saw at A Dollar. Like I said they only had neons and they were either in a color I already had, or didn’t like.

I don’t know what shipping is like, but you can also get these online at hottopic.com

Oh thanks! I’m curious to see the shipping costs though. That always kills it for me.

Glass beads with an iridescent finish are called “aurora borealis” or AB.
Topic: Bead Finishes
Finishes and Coatings Czech Factory
Finishes Defined
Aurora Borealis (AB) – 1/2 coat metallic finish that adds a prismatic effect to the surface of the bead. The beads are placed in an oven where a chemical reaction between metals produces fumes that adhere to the exposed surfaces of the bead. Usually this coating is only applied to one side of the bead
