Hi everyone! Today I have a gorgeous polish from Emily de Molly to share with you. This is from her August 2017 release and as of my writing this post, it is available on her US website among other stockists around the globe.

The Amber Palace is described as, “A reddish brown with iridescent flakes and gold holographic micro glitter”. I wrote down it was a wine jelly base packed with flakies and a bit of scattered holo micro glitter. As I was applying this it seemed like a wine color, but as I wore it it does come off as more of a brownish base color. I think Amber is a great description for this color.
I had a bit of a hard time with application of this one though. There are a lot flakies in there! I had cuticle flooding and all the flakies on the brush made me struggle a little. The end result is beautiful though and worth a bit of patience and clean up! I used two coats for my manicure today. It seems to dry pretty smooth, so one coat of topcoat was enough for me. I added a coat of matte topcoat to my middle finger. I really like how that made it look!
