Hi everyone! I have a quick post today featuring my Zoya Bay manicure. This is a textured PixieDust from the Summer 2016 Seashell collection. It is still available on the Zoya website though! I am not affiliated with Zoya.

Zoya Bay is described on the website as, ” a sky blue, textured PixieDust with fine silver and gold glitter”. That really does sum it up. It is so sparkly even in the textured finish. Formula was excellent. Textured polishes are very forgiving, they are easy to apply and dry very fast. I used three coats without topcoat today.
If you dislike the feeling of the raised, textured polish I re-did my test of using a matte topcoat before a glossy topcoat to smooth it out. This time I used two coats of the matte topcoat, waited for them to dry (they also dry very quickly) then added my favorite glossy topcoat. When I did that it made the texture absolutely smooth. Overnight it did sink in a very little bit but a second coat of glossy topcoat on the second day should completely smooth it out for good. This still gives you a lot of sparkle too. I really love it both ways!
