Hi everyone! I saw on Facebook this morning that 1850 Artisan Polish was having a specially priced Valentine’s Day Duo with two of her polishes, Santa Monica Pier and Lovely. I don’t have Lovely yet, but I do have SMP and thought, “I wonder what that would look like layered over my bright pink Shleee Polish mani from yesterday?”.
So I tried it… and I love it! I am not affiliated with 1850 Artisan Polish or Shleee Polish.
So, what happens when you take a bright pink shimmer and add a polish that is described as, “shimmering rose gold with multi-colored sparkle”? Magic happens, that’s what!
I never would have thought to layer Santa Monica Pier, especially over a bright pink, but it really works. I added just one thin coat of 1850’s Santa Monica Pier over my mani from yesterday. It turns into a beautiful salmony glass fleck polish. It is so sparkly and shiny! It was hard to get good, color accurate photos. The shine and sparkle was freaking out my camera! Don’t worry though, I still have a ton of photos like usual! I’m in love!
