Hey everyone! Today I have one of the two Monthly Colors for March 2018 from Bee’s Knees Lacquer! It’s almost the end of the month, so hurry and go get this!

Blorange is described on the website as, “a mid-toned navy blue with a glowing orange shimmer and iridescent flakes that shift blue and teal”. The maker Sarah went on in the description to say this is one of her favorite colors! I can see why, it is so complex and beautiful! I wrote in my notes that it was a deep denim blue with tons of red/orange shimmer and green to purple to blue shifting flakies. Once I got outside in the sun I also realized the shimmer shifted to green and gold and there was also micro holo glitter in there too! LOVE it!
The formula was perfection. It went on so smooth and easy! I love the Bee’s Knees brush too, just watch for drips to run down the long stem. Two coats looked perfect to my eye but I added a third coat for the photos. It’s really smooth, just one coat of topcoat was used.
