Hi everyone! Today I have two polishes from a trio that Geekish Glitter Lacquer released for Valentine’s Day this year. After all those OPI colors, I needed a nice neutral, but I needed a bit of a kick with it! These two polishes were exactly what I was wanting! You can find Geekish Glitter Lacquer HERE. A Match Made In Heaven is described on the website as, “a pinky nude base with a subtle linear holo”. Inside this is a very pretty neutral with a slight touch of pink. When I got outside it almost took on a mauveish color that I really liked also! That was also when the subtle linear holo showed itself too. This had a great formula! I used just two coats plus topcoat. This is a great choice for a work appropriate color! As of my writing this post this one is still available on the website!
Have A Heart is described as, “a rose gold holo glitter and silver holo microglitter topper”. Oh this one is blingy! The rose gold holo glitter is a medium size and it catches the light like crazy showing all the colors of the rainbow! This is pretty sparse as it’s meant to be a topper but I sponged on two coats with one of those triangular makeup sponges and after that dried a little I brushed/dabbed on some more with the brush. I’m not sure if I got 100% coverage, but it is so sparkly you would never notice any bare spots! Then I added two coats of topcoat to smooth it out. Unfortunately, this one is showing as being sold out.
These two polishes are a perfect match! I love this combo and mani a lot!
Geekish Glitter Lacquer A Match Made In Heaven, 2 coats plus topcoat with an accent of Have A Heart, 2 sponged and 1 dabbed coats plus 2 coats of topcoat. You’ll see sometimes A Match Made In Heaven looks nude and sometimes more mauve. It really does look like each of those colors in the lighting you see.
