Hi everyone! It’s been a minute since I’ve bought (or worn for that matter) a Butter London polish. A couple weeks ago they had a 30% off sale with free shipping and they had a peel off gel base I’ve been wanting to try, so along with that, I picked out two sale polishes. This is one of those sale items. I am not affiliated.

The 2018 Pantone color of the year is Ultra Violet. Misty Lilac was made based on that color. It’s a dusty lilac with pretty strong blue/purple shimmer. In some lights it will look gray, others will bring out a taupe shade and of course, the purple shows itself sometimes too. This is a mini size bottle, but it has a really nice, easy to use brush. The formula was excellent! The first coat went on smooth and even and the second coat just deepened it up. I added one coat of glossy topcoat. This is a really pretty neutral with a kick! I love it! Not bad for $3.50!

The square, black outer cap comes off for ease of painting (and so it goes back on straight) too!…

Inside with flash. These were taken in two different areas, so lighting and skin tone may look different…

Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
