Hi everyone! Today’s manicure comes from Necessary Evil Polish on Etsy. I don’t have much time today, so this will be a quick post! This is a pretty new to me brand. I’ve tried only one polish before these two today. You can find Necessary Evil Polish HERE. I am not affiliated.
I started with Ice. This was described as, “ice blue with pink shimmer, blue microflakes and UCC flakes that shift from pink to gold to green”. I wrote down it was an icy blue with icy blue shimmer and a few flakies. I think my bottle doesn’t have as many flakies as online photos of this had. This had a good formula, there is so much shimmer it was a little brushstroke-y. I love her brush for my nails! It is the perfect size for me. I can splay it open just as much as I need to only need one swipe up my nail (except my pinkie). I used three coats plus topcoat. I like this one, the shimmer really glows on the nail, but I don’t love it. I think if my bottle either had no flakies or more flakies I would definitely love it!
As an accent I used Fire. This is described as, “hot pink with a ice blue shimmer and scattered holo”. I wrote it was a medium purple with that same icy blue shimmer. Now this one I love! It had a great formula! I used two coats plus topcoat for that one.
Necessary Evil Polish Fire, 2 coats plus topcoat as an accent nail & Ice, 3 coats plus topcoat.
