Hi everyone! Today I have a polish from Painted Polish to share with you. This was from last months Polish Pickup. The theme last month was Mythology and the inspiration for this polish was Luna, the Roman Goddess of the Moon.

Luna was described as, “Slate gray crelly with cobalt blue color-shifting flakies”. As I was applying it, I wrote in my notes that I saw it as a concrete gray with sapphire blue glitter and shifting flakies. Except for the brush, which I will explain below, the formula was very nice. It wasn’t runny and covered perfectly in just two coats. It also dried smooth and I just used one coat of topcoat.
I had a very “bushy” brush (on the left in the photo), it was almost impossible to use. I sent an email to the maker the day I applied this and she replied within a couple of hours with an apology and an offer to send replacement brushes. I sent her this picture showing the brush from this polish vs a brush from an older polish of hers (from 2017)…
When she saw the photo she did mention that she had changed brushes since my comparison polish had been sold and her new brushes did have more bristles but she would send the replacement brushes anyway. I have already received the brushes and they do not look as bushy as my original brush here so I think I just got a bad one. I am very impressed with the customer service I received and will not hesitate to order more from her in the future!
