Hi everyone! Today I have the 6 exclusive polishes that are a part of the Spring 2019 OPI Tokyo collection. I say exclusive loosely because I actually picked these up from my favorite OPI online seller, PolishPick.com. So check your local Sally Beauty and Ulta if you like these and if you have a hard time finding them there, look at Polish Pick, hopefully they still have them in stock! I am not affiliated with OPI, Sally, Ulta or Polish Pick.
Check out my post showcasing the 12 piece OPI Tokyo collection HERE!!

I will show all 6 of these polishes on their own as well as with undies. My index is always on it’s own, the middle nail is layered over one coat of a white cream, the ring nail is layered over one coat of a black cream and the pinky is layered over one coat of the pink OPI Another Ramen-tic Evening from the regular OPI Tokyo collection. I will mention how many coats I used with each swatch.

I will start with the 3 that are Sally Beauty exclusives.
- OPI Judo’nt Say? – This is a sheer princess pink sparkly shimmery fleck. This is 2 coats plus 1 coat of topcoat on each nail. This is really too sheer to wear on it’s own unless you like an ethereal see through look. But I really like it over all 3 colors. Forgive the wrinkles you see. That was user error, I put it on too soon, before my basecoat was fully dry. I like this one over all three undie colors!

- OPI Robots Are Forever – This is a milky white with iridescent and silver shimmer flecks. I used 2 coats on all the nails with undies and 3 coats all alone plus 1 coat of topcoat on it all. I like this one best layered over white. I also like it on it’s own but there is still some visible nail line even with 3 coats. It has too milky of a base color to look good over the black but I do also like it over the pink undies. I like this one alot too.

- OPI This Shade Is Blossom – This is a frosty champagne colored base with chunky silver glitter. (The glitter reminds me of balled up aluminum foil). I used 2 coats alone and just 1 coat over all the nails with undies. I used 2 coats of topcoat and you could still feel the bumpy glitter. I don’t hate this over the white undies. It would look ok as an accent nail maybe but otherwise this is a nope for me, I am not a fan!

And now the 3 Ulta exclusive colors.
- OPI Just Karate Kidding You – This is a sheer baby pink with pink and silver micro glitter and shimmer flecks. I used 2 coats plus 1 coat of topcoat on all my nails. This one dries a little dull without glossy topcoat. 2 coats all alone still shows some nail line, a third coat would probably help that. I like this one alone and over the white and pink undies. I did not like it over the black. This one is ok. I like it.

- OPI Left My Yens In Ginza – This is a sheer sparkly gold shimmer fleck. I used 3 coats alone (still had a little visible nail line), 2 coats over the white undies and 1 coat over the black and pink undies plus 1 coat of topcoat on each nail. This is my favorite of these 6. It’s ok on it’s own if you don’t mind visible nail line but I love it over black, white and the pink too.

- OPI R U Happy 2 C Me? LOL! – I was not happy to see this one! It’s a frosty silvery pink with chunky gold glitter. The glitter in this one gave me a hard time. It’s just like the glitter in This Shade Is Blossom but that one came out and moved around much easier. This one the glitter did not want to move around, it just sort of clumped all together. The base is brushstrokey and I smooshed my pinky finger picking up my camera because it never dried. I used 2 coats on each nail with 2 coats of topcoat and I could still feel the bumpy glitter. I am not a fan of this one at all! It’s very rare for me to not like a polish, but this goes into the Do Not Like category! I don’t even like the name! LOL!
