Color Street Nail Polish Strips – Amazonia

Press Sample 3

#Press Sample

Hi everyone! It’s been a long time since I’ve tried a nail polish strip/sticker. Back when I last tried one they were thick and hard to handle. It was impossible to get them placed correctly and evenly.

Boy how times have changed!

I was approached to try a set of Color Street Nail Polish Strips and what a difference between then and now! Check out Molly McDonald’s website HERE. She is the Color Street stylist who sent me this package for an honest review. You can find her website at ColorStreet.com/PolishPerfectly.

The first thing I noticed when looking at the package was they are Made in the USA! I also saw they are made from real nail polish. They are really thin and easy to work with. It took me at most, 10 minutes to open the package, read the instructions, pick out a size and apply them to one hand. Bonus: no waiting for them to dry or cleaning up around the cuticle line (if you’re a messy painter like me).

In the package you get 16 strips of varying widths, 2 nail prep pads, and a small nail file to file off the excess. The back of the package has a simple 5 step application process. So as I said it was so easy! It took me no more than 10 minutes start to finish on one hand.

My nails are wee little nubs right now and since these strips are double ended (rounded at both ends) I was actually able to use just one strip for both my middle and ring nails.

There are alot of choices too! You can get solid colors, glittery colors, french manicures, the look of stamping and other nail art as well! They cost between $11-$14 and are buy 3 get 1 free too!  These are advertised as being able to be worn for up to 2 weeks. I was not able to do a wear test so I cannot speak about that aspect.

Removal was very easy. I used both my acetone scrubby tub for some nails and just some Zoya Remove+ and felt for my other nails and it wasn’t as fast and easy as removing a plain creme polish but nowhere near as stubborn as removing a true glitter polish.

So I can absolutely see the appeal for these nail strips. Especially if they do last for a week or two they would be wonderful to take and wear on vacation!
