#PressSample
Hi everyone! I hope you are all staying safe in these troubling times. I haven’t been painting my nails too much lately and my hands and cuticles are a mess from all the extra washing and sanitizing but I got this gorgeous Duri collection in the mail awhile ago and did the best I could at this time! I apologize to Duri for taking so long to get this up on my blog!
These polishes are up on the website Duri.com right now for just $8 each or get the whole collection for a discounted price of $44.
This collection was sent to me to swatch and give an honest review.

This is the Spring 2020 collection from Duri called Retro Wave. It’s 6 gorgeous colors that are just perfect for spring time. I will show these in alphabetical order on my nails and at the end of the post I have swatch wheel photos of all 6 polishes glossy and with matte topcoat.
- Duri Cotton Candy Sky – This is a barely pink tinged creme base with copper micro glitter. I love speckled polishes and this really gives me that feeling. It had a great formula. It was smooth and pretty opaque even with just one coat. I did two coats plus Duri Miracote (my very favorite topcoat ever!!) glossy topcoat.

- Duri Diner Date – This is a soft coral creme. It has a nice formula, smoothing and evening out in two coats. I used two coats plus glossy topcoat. This looks great in combo with Cotton Candy Sky as an accent nail too. If the photos are a little too pink on your device, know that this is a true coral in real life.

- Duri Dream Pop – This is a cool lilac creme. It has a good formula. I used two coats plus glossy topcoat.

- Duri Peace & Love – This is a sage green with green shimmer. It’s a little streaky on the first coat (shimmer streaks mostly) but the second coat covers and evens out beautifully. Depending on your painting style, you may need a third coat to cover and even completely. I used two coats plus topcoat.

- Duri Speck-tacularly Me – This is a barely blue tinged creme base with blue micro glitter. This is another speckled look polish and I love it! It had a nice formula. I used two coats plus topcoat.

These polishes blend really well together. I made this one of a kind necklace and earring set using Diner Date, Dream Pop, Vinyl Records, Cotton Candy Sky and a black fluid art polish. I love the way these turned out!
This is a great collection, I love them all. If I had to pick favorites it would be the speckled polishes Cotton Candy Sky and Speck-tacularly Me! What do you think of this collection? Let me know in the comments.

I love the speckled ones- were they hard to remove, like glitter polishes are??

Hi Shannon, speckled polishes aren’t like glitter polishes. The particles are tiny and flat. They are not hard to remove.
