My Anonymous Lacquer Collection

Hey everyone! Can you believe I’m still in the “A” brands on my spreadsheet (8 more to go!)?  This will be a long process! I hope you all are enjoying the process though! I’m really enjoying going through everything! Some of these haven’t seen the light for years!

Today I am up to Anonymous Lacquer. Do you own any from this brand?

My Anonymous Lacquer Collection

I own 4 from this brand, all untried until now.  Two are from the “Indie Galactic Box”, one in 2017 (Rosette Nebula) and one from 2018 (Stargazer). The other two were bought from a blog sale (Vampire Barbie) and a destash (VIP’N), both in 2017.

I did a little Googling because I haven’t seen this brand around lately and they do still have a webstore pop up but only a top and base coat are listed. There have been no Facebook posts since 2017 but some IG posts as recently as 2019 but no new products. I guess they are out of business or taking a long break.

Here are the 4 I own:

  • Rosette Nebula (Indie Galactic Box Aug 2017) – “a rich burgundy with a fuchsia to gold shift and a very light dusting of holo”.  This could be a one coater!
  • Stargazer (Indie Galactic Box Aug 2018) – “a black based polish packed with chrome flakes 6 different shifting colors, scattered holo flakes and gold green red aurora pigment”.
  • Vampire Barbie (HHC Facebook Exclusive Dec 2015) – “Oxblood red linear holo”
  • VIP’N (PolishCon NYC 2017 VIP Bag) – “a bright teal jelly filled with teal holo micro glitter and holo shimmer”.

These all had excellent formulas. Three of them have the wider, straight brush which is very nice. The oldest one (Vampire Barbie) had a very skinny brush which I did not care for too much.

I have a photo of all of them at just one coat (with flash)…

So I really like all of these! Stargazer is my favorite. I’m going to keep all of them for now. I will see if I have dupes later on for any of them.

Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The polish in this post is from my own collection and was purchased by me.
