Hi everyone! Today I have a quick comparison post. A couple days ago I posted my mani with Blackheart Beauty Oil Slick Iridescent. As I was painting and posting I knew it reminded me of something. I had Orly Space Cadet in mind, but my friend Ariix from Vegan Claws mentioned on MUA that it looked like Masquerade from Cult Nails. I’ve actually posted Cult Nails Masquerade before on the blog. So let’s take a look and see which, if any, are dupes.
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another beauty from Blackheart Beauty. You can find these at Hot Topic stores. They are really reasonably priced at just $5 and when I was there they were buy 1 get 1 free! I bought six of them the other day and am really happy with them so far! I am not affiliated with Blackheart Beauty or Hot Topic.
This one reminds me of something but I cannot place it in my mind. If you have any idea of what this is similar too, let me know in the comments! **Edit to add: I think I was thinking of Cult Nails Masquerade. It looks very close to that! Thanks to ariix of Vegan Claws for mentioning it on MUA!!**
This is another picture heavy post!
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another from the latest Color Box. The theme this quarter was blue, and today’s polish comes to us from Tonic. This is a great name for this nail polish because it truly is a Masterpiece! (By the way, Manna is one of the creators behind The Color Box).
Unfortunately this box is not available, but if Tonic had any leftover polishes from the box, she will be selling them in her store individually. I have not heard of a date for this sale as of yet. You can read about The Color Box HERE and Tonic Polish’s store is HERE. I am not affiliated with either.
Hi everyone! I hope my photos of today’s manicure does it justice on the device you are looking at. This is such a gorgeous combo, I hope you can see it! There are a lot of photos ahead!!
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure comes to us from “over the pond” in Max Factor Fantasy Fire. The original version came out in 2011 and only in the UK and other parts of the world, but never here in North America. Back in 2011 I found a great UK’er on MUA to do a swap with me, because as soon as I saw it, I had to have it! The original version used a magical color changing pigment that has lovingly became known as “Unicorn Pee” in the nail polish community because it is about as easy to find these days as a unicorn would be.
In the photo below, the new version is the bottle on the left and the original is the bottle on the right (look at that fill line. If I didn’t have a bunch of backups, I’d be getting worried!!). Then the new version is on my ring finger (right on the macro) and the original version is on my middle finger (left on the macro).
Hey everyone! Today’s manicure is an oldie. I’m not even sure how old it is, there is not much on the internet about this one. There is a newer Revlon also named Mesmerized, but there is no comparison between the two!
Hi everyone! That’s a loooong title up there, isn’t it? Today’s manicure has been updated from yesterday with some sparkle and bling. I can’t stop turning my fingers and admiring the fire and sparkle!
Hey everyone! Today I updated yesterday’s manicure to resemble some of these “Opal” type polishes we’ve all been seeing. With this top coat from Emily de Molly you can make all your polishes be “Opal’d”. You can find this beauty and a ton of other gorgeous polishes HERE if you are in North America. She is based out of Australia so you can find many retailers all over the globe that carry her polishes too. I have a lot of photos today.
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another from my small Morgan Taylor haul. I wasn’t sure I wanted to get this one from online photos, but I sure am glad I did!!
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure looked better in my head than on my nails, but I love these two polishes! I’ll just have to wear them alone and not as a combo! Both of the Color by Llarowe nail polishes are from her Spring 2016 A Tribute To A Wonderful Friend Collection.
