Hi everyone! For today’s manicure I just added a coat of a beautiful new flakie I got from 1850 Artisan Polish to my mani from the other day, Quixotic Polish Olympus Vibes. Lion’s Mane Jelly is from the Treasures of the Pacific Collection. I bought both of these polishes at The Indie Shop but you can find them both on the respective websites, HERE for 1850 Artisan Polish and HERE for Quixotic Polish. I am not affiliated with either brand or The Indie Shop.
Hey everyone! Today I went way back to 2011!! This was a time before a lot of indie polish brands started popping up and Finger Paints wowed the MakeupAlley Nail Board with their Special Effects Collection. This was a collection of 5 flakie toppers. You’ll see in my pictures my bottle looks like the base has turned yellow, but as far as I can remember, it was yellow when I bought it, all 5 of them were. It doesn’t hurt anything, as long as you use it over a darker color.
In 2014 Finger Paints came out with another flakie topper collection called the Kaleidoscope Collection. That also had 5 polishes and they were in a clear base. I do have those also, but they just never excited me the way this first collection did. I am not affiliated with Finger Paints.
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is going into my top mani’s of 2017 folder! I am loving this flakie topcoat from Lacquester!! This is my first time using a polish from them. Lacquester polishes come from the Netherlands. They do not ship directly to the US, so Color4Nails is the US stockist. I got this and three others a couple months ago from Color4Nails.com. This is still available there if you are interested in it. You can also find Lacquesters own webstore HERE if you live overseas and would like to check them out. I am not affiliated with Lacquester or Color4Nails.
I had such a hard time trying to cut down my pictures today so I decided to just post a ton of them! So this is quite picture heavy!
