Hi everyone! Today I have one of the mystery polishes from April’s grab bags at Bees Knees Lacquer. There are 12 total polishes and you can buy a bag with three mystery polishes for $30 plus shipping. I bought multiple bags hoping for a good assortment of the 12 polishes available and I ended up with some duplicates but I am thrilled with the ones I got! I do happen to have a duplicate bottle of this polish I’m wanting to sell if anyone is interested in it! Las Plagas is described as, “a mid-toned magenta with blue shimmer and iridescent flakes that shift purple to blue and red to purple”. I saw it as a medium rosy pink with a lot of shifting flakies and blue shimmer. It is on the thick side because of all the flakies but it was still easy to apply. It went on smooth and even. I did three thin coats with one coat of topcoat. Everything was perfectly flat.
Bees Knees changed their bottles a few months ago. They are round now whereas the previous ones were taller and rectangular. I LOVE the brush in this new round bottle. It is wide and rounded and just perfect for my nails!

Further inside the kitchen with additional flash…
Outside in direct sun (these are a little too bright because of the sun)…
Outside in indirect sun and shade…
Then I added a coat of matte topcoat. I love flakies mattified!
