Hi everyone! Today I have the upcoming China Glaze Halloween collection to show you, Happily Never After. Some of these looked familiar to me so I’ll be showing you a few comparisons as I go along too. Lots of photos today as usual. I am not affiliated with China Glaze.
Hi everyone! Today I have the last of my Blackheart Beauty polishes to share with you. All six of these have impressed me so much, especially at the price point of only $5! I think they all could rival an indie polish brand! The only down side was the brushes in my bottles were pretty hit or miss. I think half of them were wonky but workable. So I would suggest maybe taking a peek at the brush before buying these in store to ensure they are straight and look good. You can find this brand at Hot Topic stores and online at HotTopic.com. I am not affiliated with Blackheart Beauty or Hot Topic.
Hi everyone! Today I have a quick comparison post. A couple days ago I posted my mani with Blackheart Beauty Oil Slick Iridescent. As I was painting and posting I knew it reminded me of something. I had Orly Space Cadet in mind, but my friend Ariix from Vegan Claws mentioned on MUA that it looked like Masquerade from Cult Nails. I’ve actually posted Cult Nails Masquerade before on the blog. So let’s take a look and see which, if any, are dupes.
Hi everyone! Today I have Part 2 of the big 12 piece Color Is Magic “My Little Pony” Collection from China Glaze. You can see Part 1 HERE and the Sneak Peek Bottle Shots HERE, and a Sneak Peek at the Collector’s Duo, Songbird Serenade HERE. Swatches for that duo will be up tomorrow.
This is another long, picture heavy post!!
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure comes to us from Essence. I didn’t know this until last week, but you can order Essence polishes online HERE in the US. I will tell you about my experience ordering from them for the first time after the jump.
Hi everyone! It was brought up on a Facebook group I’m in that the newish Sinful Colors Stoned Crystal Shimmers collection may be close to the Dance Legend Mist Way colors and Illamasqua Raindrops & Pink Raindrops. Well, I have a few of the Mist Way colors and both of the Illamasqua’s, so I thought I would do a comparison and give my thoughts on these polishes.
Hi everyone! Today I have the Orly Summer 2017 Coastal Crush collection to show you. There are 6 polishes in this collection. Four of them I would call crelly’s, one a shimmer fleck and one a smoother shimmer. Orly polishes are made here in the USA. I am not affiliated with Orly.
Let’s get started…
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is another of the trio from this month’s For The Love Of Polish box. The theme this month is Garden Tea Party. Illyrian, Polished For Days and Powder Perfect make up this box and as of my writing this post, there are still some boxes available for purchase HERE. I used the Illyrian Polish for yesterday’s manicure. You can see that post HERE. Powder Perfect comes to us all the way from Australia. I am not affiliated with this box or any of these brands.
Hey everyone! Today’s manicure was hard to get color accurate indoor pictures. The pictures all look very blue, but I would say in real life this polish is a bit more aqua, very mermaid-y. Salon Perfect is only found at Walmart. I’ve bought this recently, within the last 2-3 months.
It also brought to mind my very favorite polish ever, OPI Absolutely Alice. I knew it wasn’t going to be an exact dupe, but as I was cropping my photos it just kept reminding me of it, like a distant cousin or something. I did a quick comparison of them at the very end.
Hi everyone! Today’s manicure is a comparison of two pretty pale pinks made by Sally Hansen. I just bought both of these at Ulta the other day, the Miracle Gel in a Duo with it’s topcoat and on half off clearance (score!) and the Insta Dri in a new display called Pink Fling. Let’s see how close these two pale pinks really are.
