Hi everyone! Today I’m going to show you bottle shots from the Bethesda Collaboration Box between two of my favorite newer indie makers. Both of these brands individually started at the end of 2017 and about a month ago they decided to come together to do a 4 piece collaboration box.
I have good news for you if you missed out; this box will be making a comeback next weekend, starting January 12, 2018!! These 4 polishes are not available individually, they will only come in this box. There will be 10 boxes ready to ship and then it will turn into a pre-order for the whole weekend. The cost is $40 + shipping and you will find it starting this Friday only on the Bees Knees Website HERE. You can also check out Geekish Glitter Lacquers website HERE. I am not affiliated with either brand. I purchased this box myself when it was for sale in December.
So, I’m going to copy and paste things about this collection from these girls’ Facebook pages and from when the listing was up a month ago because I am old and honestly don’t understand any of the inspiration. 🙂 The thing is, we don’t have to understand the polish inspiration as long as we can see the gorgeous polishes that are being offered from some great indie brands, that is always enough for me!
This box is Bethesda themed! Bees Knees portion will center around the Elder Scrolls, specifically Oblivion, and Geekish Glitters will be Fallout!
First up we’ll take a look at the Geekish Glitter Lacquers two polishes.
The Glowing One is a bright shimmery green with iridescent gold microglitter and a yellow-green glow. It also glows in the dark!
Keep Warm With Vault-Tec! is inspired by Vault Boy, this is a cerulean blue, which has a gold shimmer, some yellow microflakies and yellow matte microglitter. (I have this one on as I write this post and will have a featured post about this one in the next couple days!)
The two polishes from Bees Knees Lacquer are…
Madness or Cheese is inspired by the Daedra prince Sheogorath, this is a pink to violet to copper multichrome with extra pink shimmer and holo microflakes. This one required a few photos to try to capture all the shifts.
The Greymarch is inspired by the Daedra prince Jyggalag who is Sheogorath’s other half, this is a steel blue polish with blue shimmer and holo microflakes.
Well, there we have it!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
The polish in this post is from my own collection and was purchased by me.
