Hi everyone! Today I have the next 6 polishes from the upcoming OPI summer collection! This collection corresponds with the 40th anniversary of Grease the movie! As I said in Part 1, I may or may not be old enough to have seen this when it originally came out in theaters (I’ll never tell!) but I do still own the vinyl record!
Be warned that if you’re familiar with the songs from Grease, some of these names will cause you to be humming the songs all day!
I bought this collection from PolishPick.com. They have all the recent OPI collections (plus many other brands too!) for great prices and reasonable (and quick) shipping!
You can check out the mini collection of Leather Like Effect polishes HERE.
As usual, there are a lot of photos today!!

Here are next 6 polishes in alphabetical order:
- OPI ‘Pink Ladies Rule the School‘. This is a medium dusty pink/salmon creme. This had an excellent formula! It doesn’t run or pool, it is so smooth and easy to apply. It self levels beautifully too! I used 2 coats plus topcoat.

Here it is with a sneak peek of the pink color from the “Leather Look” polishes so you can see it’s not really a pink, pink color. Without flash then with flash…
- OPI ‘Summer Lovin’ Having A Blast!‘. This is a bright almost “safety” orange crelly. It went on so smooth and easy, no streaks! I used 2 coats plus topcoat.

If you have an Ulta bag laying around, this color perfectly matches it!…

- OPI ‘Teal Me More, Teal Me More‘. This is easy to guess what color it is just by the name! It’s a nice deep teal crelly. It goes a little bluer outside in the bright sun. This had an excellent formula, I had almost no cleanup to do! Best news, it didn’t stain when I removed it! This is very saturated and can be a one coater! I left 1 coat on my index and pinky and did 2 coats on my middle and ring nails.

- OPI ‘Tell Me About It Stud‘. This is a blue based red crelly. This had a smooth first coat, no streaks. Darker reds are notorious for difficult brush and acetone cleanup so try to paint carefully. It goes on so smooth and easy and dries shiny. I used 2 coats plus topcoat.

- OPI ‘Was It All Just A Dream?‘. This is a light green (I’d call it almost jade green) creme. This had a good formula, if I went over a place that I’d already painted it did want to pick up and leave a bald patch so paint carefully, don’t overwork it. It will self level beautifully with just two coats. I used 2 coats plus topcoat.

- OPI ‘You’re the Shade That I Want‘. This is a bright (but deep) raspberry crelly. This had another excellent formula! It is also very pigmented and can almost be a one coater! It goes on smooth and dries shiny. I left just 1 coat on my ring and index nails and did 2 coats on my middle and pinky nails. This one was so hard to get color accurate photos, that’s why there are not many of them. The indoor pictures are pretty true to color, the outside pictures are brighter than it looked in real life.

These 6 polishes mostly all had smooth, easy to apply formulas. I did not have a lot of streaking on the first coats like I did with the cremes from Part 1 (you can see that HERE). A couple could even be one coaters if you’re careful!
This is another nice collection from OPI! My favorites from these six were the bright orange, Summer Lovin’ Having A Blast! and the jade green, Was It All Just A Dream?.
Let me know in the comments what you thought and if you want to see any comparisons!
