Hi everyone! All good things must come to an end! I can’t believe we’ve made it through the whole year of Zodiac polishes! This is the last polish in the series. Each month Lexi brought us a polish inspired by the Zodiac sign and a glow in the dark topper to match the element of that sign. Gemini season is just starting, so today I will be showing you the new polish, The Twins, and with it comes the Air element topper.
These two polishes will only be available from May 22 through June 20, during the month that corresponds to the Zodiac. The Twins is just $8 and Air is $7.

For the month of Gemini Lexi is introducing The Twins and re-introducing Air, the glow in the dark topper. If your birthday falls between May 21 and June 20 you are a Gemini. Gemini is an Air sign and some of their strengths are being outgoing, intelligent and gentle. Their weaknesses include being indecisive, unreliable and nervous.
The Twins is described as, “a metallic white silver leaning base with aqua sparks, and hot pink holographic microglitter”. I saw it as a silver metallic foil base with red and purple sparkly micro glitter. The formula is really good. There are some brush strokes but they are not as noticeable on the nail in real life as you will see in my photos. Try to paint as smooth and straight as you can to make them less noticeable. If they really bother you, you can always sponge on the last coat using a makeup wedge sponge.
I used one thin coat then a thicker second coat. It applied easily and did not run or pool into the cuticle. I used only one coat of topcoat and it was perfectly smooth.
